10/28/2011 - The 2011 season has now come to an end. This season was
                           a learning experience as the Illusion Racing team made the
                         jump from a ucar to a modified. We were able to race a
                         handful of races at Langley Speedway, as well as the
                           shortened season at Southside Speedway and a race at
                           South Boston. We also made the trip to Tennessee for the
                           Rolling Thunder Modified race at Newport Speedway and
                           to Orange County Speedway for the inaugural MAD
                           Modified race. I was named Rookie of the Year at
                           Southside Speedway.

3/29/2011 - The Illusion Racing team attended Langley open practice on
                         March 19 and 26. A lot of time was spent tuning the
                         handling and learning the track. With no mechanical
                         failures or on track incidents our first two outings as a
                         modified team were a success. Our first race will be at
                       Langley Speedway on April 9.

4/28/2011 - The #7 Illusion Racing modified made its debut at Langley
                       Speedway on April 9. As the result of a late arrival to the
                         track, both practice and qualifying were missed. After 50
                         laps the #7 modified ended up 13th. The handling was a
                         little off, so we have some work to do before the next race
                         May 7 at Langley. We will be practicing May 5 to hopefully
                         pick up our lap times.
